Using Affirmation Cards

There are times when a more direct chant is desired. I have always taught that repeating affirmations throughout the day, or even chanting them with our malas during our practice, can reset the mind and turn off the stinkin’ thinking that plays in the background of our thoughts. Below is one of a few decks of affirmations I love and I choose cards to shift my beliefs to something greater. I will repeat the affirmation as I move each bead on my mala. The back side of the card provides something to meditate on as well.
