Providing workshops, private lessons, kits, malas and custom orders. The workshops facilitate how to make your own PrayerMala as well as ways to use it daily in your spiritual practice. Each Prayer Mala is hand made using gemstones or other materials to create a product that is beautiful, inviting and personal.
I began using and making PrayerMalas when I was taking a class called Spiritual Practices for Daily Living. This was so enlightening, so healing for me that I knew that I wanted to make PrayerMalas for others to use. Each Mala is hand made using gemstones or other materials to create a product that is beautiful, inviting and personal.
It is my desire to share the enlightening and healing spiritual practice of prayer, mantra and chant with the use of PrayerMalas.

Have you ever thought your mind was too busy to sit still long enough to meditate? That was my experience until I learned about Prayer Malas and how they help to still the mind through chant and affirmations. In this workshop, we will learn some of the history and background behind Prayer Malas and how to make our own prayer mala to enhance our spiritual practice. The act of crafting a mala is also a calming experience and sharing it with other people is quite special.
I have been teaching and giving workshops on how to make and use Prayer Malas for the past eight years and I am so excited to bring this experience to the Southern Oregon Coast.

I woke up one morning this past week with this mantra chanting in the back of my mind. I grabbed my mala and joined in. It is a good mantra for health and healing. I am sending this out to everyone. May Health and Healing be evident in your life and in the lives of your loved ones. We are a reflection of Divine Perfection! Namaste.

Do you have a mala that needs to be repaired? This mala, purchased elsewhere, was sent to me for repair. It was missing 4 beads and I was able to provide an alternative including a new tassel.
The mala took on a new look. The next step is to make the tassel. The tassel is also where the main knot hides to secure all the beads. When repairing a mala, I assure that it is “strung with love” and it is returned in a condition that honors the practice for which the mala is used.
The completion of a mala. The tassel is important as it is equated to enlightenment. It is the gathering of chanted mantras, where vibration and bliss resonate. A perfect ending for a Summer Solstice evening… Strung with Love!
Let me know if you have a mala that needs to be Restrung with Love. Cost does vary depending on time and materials.
Just as in life as we may be taking a supplement or medication, and later our body changes, their effectiveness may lack. So, too, in our meditation practice. I use my mala to chant mantras, but recently, I have changed up my practice.
I truly was lead by my Higher Divine Self to try something new. I knew I wanted more from my practice. This change has brought awareness to areas that have needed light and healing. Some of you may know that I use Insight Timer as a mediation tool. It is an app that you can download and customize to your needs. I mostly was using it as a timer w/ an ambient sound in the background as I meditated or chanted and it would let me know when my time had been reached. I switched to guided meditations, that are also available on Insight Timer, that use specific chants to open chakras and bring healing and clarity.
What a concept! Change your meditation as you would change or fine tune your medication and watch how we dial in to Spirit; awakening and fine tuning ourselves to something that was never really out of reach.
If you use Insight Timer, click on the “Guided” button and search on chakras. I am specifically working with Davidji’s meditations on the app as he integrates guided mediation, imagery, and chanting.
